February Wishlist

The bank funds are low and I can just about afford to buy food, so sadly I won't be fulfilling this wishlist. But what the hell, a girl can dream!

Kevin Murphy Colour Bug
Okay so I did say I was really skint, but this ones in the post on it's way to me. I'm not brave enough to permanently die my hair a bright colour, so I've invested in the £12.95 pink colour bug to paint on random strands of my hair. Review to follow.

KitchenAid Atrisan Stand Mixer in Candy Blue
At £419 from John Lewis it's completely way out of my budget but isn't it lush, I can't wait to have my own kitchen to invest in all the gadgets and experiments with baking. Cupcakes is as far as I get at the moment.

Filofax Songbird Personal Organiser
I've never owned an original filofax and this one eaisly persuades me to want one. I need to get in to the habit of actually using a diary so if I had one this pretty than maybe I would? Available at Filofax for £32.

Longchamp Le Pliage Handbag
I have no reasoning as to why I want one of these I just do.

Euromillions please do me proud this Tuesday, all my love,

My top 3 God sends at the moment

So after working for a year and splurging all my pay avoiding to pay off the overdraft I am back to student living - and not loving it. There are so many beauty product I want to buy but the funds just will not stretch. Sob.

Here are a few of the items keeping me going at the moment!

1. Moroccan Oil Intense Hydrating Style Cream
I literally can't live without this product and just as well because a little goes a long way. The product promises to condition, hydrate and fight frizz and certainly lives up to expectations. I have been so impressed at how my hair has improved since using this product. I simply use 2 pumps after washing or if my hair needs a lift in the morning. The new found shine is evident and I love my new silky smooth hair. Plus it smells good which is always a bonus!

Available at LookFantastic for £22.85 although the price seems a tad steep I promise the 300ml's lasts for ages!

2. Bourjous Healthy Mix Foundation
So I can't afford Mac foundation anymore- sob. But do not worry because the Bourjois healthy mix will see me through. I love this foundation as the coverage is not only great on my skin, but I don't feel like I'm caking it on as application is a easy process. I'd say the finish is semi matte however it still manages to give my skin a healthy glow. It promises to give 70% more radiance and a flawless complexion for up to 16 hours, I don't think I ever wear makeup for that long but I'm sure it does what it says! The foundation stays on perfectly all day and the fruity fresh smell is a bonus. The even bigger bonus is the price at only £9.99 from Boots or Superdrug you can't really go wrong making it a great rival for any designer cosmetic!

3. Vera Wang Princess
Okay so after completely drooling over the recent Gossip Girl series and Serena's gorgeous Vera Wang bridesmaid dress (which I will get married in one day) this is the closest I get to being a princess.
I picked this up in the January sales and the giftset sure did not dissapoint. The sweet yet delicate floral smell stays on me all day and I definitely plan to keep Vera Wang Princess in my perfume collection when it runs out!

Hello!

Okay so two years ago I used to blog a lot. But I turned lazy, I'm back! and I've converted from wordpress to blogger, so let's see how this goes.

I figured when I start looking for a job in PR after I've finished my degree one of the first thing I'm going to be asked is do you blog? So there's no better time to start - considering I finish my degree in under 3 months! eek!

Until next time
